Rosemarie Trockel, The same different

Rosemarie Trockel is one of the most multifaceted and independent artists of our time. She had her big breakthrough in the 1980s and has since then critically examined art, social structures and emotional roles with analytical sharpness and humor, as well as a very unique sensuality. The exhibition shown at Moderna Museet Malmö is the most comprehensive solo exhibition of Rosemarie Trockel's artistic work in the Öresund region and this richly illustrated catalogue reflects the breadth of the exhibition.

Rosemarie Trockel, born in 1952 in Schwerte, Germany, and has been active in Cologne for a long time.
