Returns and refunds

The Moderna Museet shop follows the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency regarding complaints. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint and do not include faults caused by normal wear and tear or handling errors.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you want to request a return, you can contact us at order@modernamuseet.se. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Slupskjulsvägen 7-9, 111 49 Stockholm.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
