Shipping policy

We recommend our customers to download the My Packages app on Google Play or Apple App Store to easily track their packages from booking to delivery.

Delivery time We process orders continuously and your order will be shipped as soon as possible but no later than within 2-4 business days. Please note that in addition to this, courier delivery times apply. Moderna Museet is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Shipping costs You can always see your current shipping cost in your shopping cart before confirming your order. NOTE! Customs fees may apply outside the EU.

Unclaimed package We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 150 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover extra shipping and handling costs. Payment must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.

If you have chosen to pick up your package in our store in Stockholm, we will unpack the package after 14 days and refund you the amount of your purchase minus a fee of 35 SEK for handling costs.
