His large-scale environments, built from carefully selected details, constituted fictional worlds in which visitors could move, making him one of Sweden's first installation artists.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eBjörn Lövin's installations have been shown at museums such as Moderna Museet and Centre Georges Pompidou, but none of them have been preserved in their entirety. Three of the environments are now being recreated for Moderna Museet and, together with newly written essays, the catalogues from each exhibition are also republished in this publication.
