New York artist Lee Lozano
(1930–1999) is an obscure name for many. Active during a period of only 12 years during the 60’s and early 70’s, Lozano produced multi-faceted works which were independent, radical and often provocative. She worked in close relation with Pop art, Minimalism and Conceptual art, but clearly forged her own path.
The catalogue is richly illustrated. Text by Lucy Lippard, Jo Applin, Benjamin Meyer-Krahmer and Iris Müller-Westermann.
